Although we try our very best to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, we do understand that from time to time you may need to return an item under certain circumstances.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason as listed below; we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase where we have been notified by you of the issue within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Return postage costs are incurred by the purchaser.

Acceptable return reasons:

  • The item is delivered to you in a damaged state
  • The item is obviously not as pictured or described
    (please note colours and textures are represented online as true as possible to the original / product, however these may vary slightly between digital screens / devices and these slight variations will not be accepted as reason for return).
  • We make every effort to clearly and accurately describe the listed products and any inclusions or exclusions.
    Unfortunately we cannot accept returns when relevant product information has been provided in the listing prior to purchase, that was not read or acknowledged by the purchaser. Of course if you have questions prior to purchase, get in touch to ask!
    However in circumstances where there is a genuine error in the listing information, a return will be happily accepted.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Change of mind after purchase or on receipt of item are not accepted as reasons for return
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and returned in its original packaging
  • Purchaser will incur the postage costs to return the item/s and will not be reimbursed for postage by us.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us by filling in the contact form on the contact us page of the website
  2. Provide the order details including order number, your name and the product/s you wish to return from your order. Please also include any photos of the issue / damage.
  3. Upon approval of your return request, we will send you the postage details by email.
  4. Send the item/s back (at your expense) to us to the provided address
  5. Upon receipt of the returned item in it’s original condition (as delivered to you), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
